Fees and limits
We keep fees and limits visible. Any fee that applies is always shown on screen before you confirm a deposit, withdrawal, trade or cash-out, so you know exactly what you will pay and receive.
Fees
Fees can change from time to time. The current fee is always shown on the Deposit, Withdraw and trade screens. A fee change never applies to something you have already confirmed. Your wallet or exchange may also charge its own blockchain network fee.
Network limits
| Network | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Maximum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT on TRC20 (Tron) | 10 USDT | 10 USDT | 50,000 USDT |
| USDT on ERC20 (Ethereum) | 20 USDT | 20 USDT | 50,000 USDT |
The Deposit and Withdraw pages always show the limits currently in force, which take priority over this table if they differ.
Extra review for larger withdrawals
If you withdraw more than 500 USDT in total within 24 hours, a second reviewer checks the request before it is paid. This protects you if someone else gets into your account, and it can add a little time.
Processing times
Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed by people and are usually completed within 24 hours.
