Emails we send
Bluckcoin sends only transactional emails: messages you need to use and protect your account. We send them only to the email address registered on your account. We never send marketing without your opt-in, never buy email lists, and never share or sell your address.
Every email we send
| When you get it | |
|---|---|
| Signup code | When you create an account, to confirm the email address is yours |
| Welcome | Once your account is created |
| Sign-in code | Each time you sign in, after entering your password |
| Password reset code | When you ask to reset a forgotten password |
| Password changed | After your password is changed, so you can act if it wasn't you |
| Withdrawal code | When you request a withdrawal, to confirm it is really you |
| Deposit credited / not credited | When our team has reviewed a deposit you reported |
| Withdrawal paid / not approved | When our team has processed a withdrawal request |
| Identity verified / not verified | When our compliance team has reviewed your identity documents |
| Balance adjustment | When our team corrects or adjusts your balance |
Codes are 6 digits, expire after 10 minutes and work only once. See Sign-in codes.
Why you can't turn these off
These emails protect your account and money. Without them you could not sign in, confirm withdrawals, or find out about activity you did not make. So they stay on for as long as your account is open.
How to stop our emails
- Close your account. Contact support at bluckcoin@gmail.com or open a ticket and ask us to close it. Once it is closed we stop sending account emails.
- Never signed up? If you get an email from us for an account you did not create, someone may have typed your address by mistake. Tell us at bluckcoin@gmail.com and we will suppress your address so it is not emailed again. You do not need to click anything in the email.
- Marketing. We do not currently send marketing email. If we ever offer it, it will be opt-in only and every message will include an unsubscribe link.
Bounces and spam complaints
We monitor delivery. If an email to an address bounces (for example, the mailbox doesn't exist) or the recipient marks our email as spam, we automatically stop sending to that address. If that happens to your own address and you want emails again, contact support.
Spotting fake emails (phishing)
We will never ask for your password or any code by email, phone or chat. Nobody at Bluckcoin needs them.
- Check the sender carefully: scammers use look-alike names and addresses. Our support address is bluckcoin@gmail.com.
- Don't click links in an email you weren't expecting. Type the site address yourself instead.
- Only enter a code on the Bluckcoin site, and only when you started the action yourself. If you get a code you didn't ask for, someone may know your password: change it at Account.
- We never ask you to send crypto to "verify" or "unlock" your account.
Forward any suspicious email to bluckcoin@gmail.com.
