How to withdraw

You can withdraw your available USDT balance to your own wallet. Every withdrawal is checked by a person to keep your money safe.

Step by step

1. Save a payout address. Go to Payout addresses and add your USDT wallet address, choosing TRC20 or ERC20. Make sure the network matches your wallet.
2. Request the withdrawal. Go to Withdraw, choose a saved address and enter the amount. The fee and the amount you will receive are shown before you confirm.
3. Enter the emailed code. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm it is really you.
4. Review. The amount is held from your balance straight away while our team reviews the request, usually within 24 hours.
5. Paid. We send the USDT and email you to confirm. If the request is not approved, the full held amount goes back to your balance and we email you the reason.

Limits and extra checks

• Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the network. See Fees and limits.
• If you withdraw more than 500 USDT within 24 hours, a second reviewer checks the request. This can take a little longer.

Tips

• Double-check your payout address. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
• Never share your withdrawal code. We will never ask for it.
• If you didn't request a withdrawal but received a code, change your password at Account and contact support.
