Keeping your account safe

We protect your account with emailed sign-in codes, people reviewing every withdrawal, and extra checks on large amounts. These simple habits make it even safer.

Check your sessions

The Security page lists every device signed in to your account, with its browser, IP address and time. If you see one you don't recognise, end it straight away and change your password.

Use a strong, unique password

Change your password at any time from Account. Use one you don't use anywhere else, ideally from a password manager. We email you whenever your password changes, so you know if it wasn't you.

Protect your email

Your email receives your sign-in and withdrawal codes, so secure it with a strong password and two-step verification from your email provider.

Watch out for phishing

• We will never ask for your password or any code.
• Check the sender carefully: scammers use look-alike names and addresses.
• Type the site address yourself rather than following links in unexpected messages.
• Never send crypto to anyone claiming to be Bluckcoin staff, or to "unlock" or "verify" your account.
