How to deposit

Bluckcoin balances are held in USDT. Deposits are checked by a person, so please follow these steps carefully.

Before you start

• You need to have verified your identity.
• We accept USDT only, on TRC20 (Tron) or ERC20 (Ethereum) only.
• Check the minimum deposit for your network. See Fees and limits.

Step by step

1. Go to Deposit and choose the network you will send on.
2. Copy the deposit address shown for that network. Check it carefully after pasting it into your wallet or exchange.
3. Send the USDT from your wallet or exchange, choosing the same network.
4. Take a screenshot showing the completed transfer (amount, network, destination address and transaction ID if available).
5. Back on the Deposit page, enter the amount and upload the screenshot.
6. Our team matches it to the transfer on the blockchain and credits your balance, usually within 24 hours. We email you when it is credited, or if it could not be credited and why.

Important

• Wrong network, wrong token or wrong address means lost funds. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and we usually cannot recover them.
• Only use the address shown on the Deposit page. We will never send you a deposit address by email or chat.
• Your exchange or wallet may charge its own network fee. Any Bluckcoin deposit fee is shown on the Deposit page before you submit.
• Deposits below the minimum may not be credited.
